It is time for Hindu empowerment; Swami Anandavanam Bharathi Maharaj
Guruvayur: We are currently going through an era where the power of Sanatana Dharma needs to be demonstrated, said Swami Anandavanam Bharathi Maharaj, the first Mahamandaleshwar of Kalika Peetham Juna Akhada Kerala. He was speaking at the reception given by the Guruvayur public, at the Guruvayur Shirdi Sai Mandir. We cannot allow monasteries, temples and spiritual centers to be desecrated and destroyed. We have a mission to resist and defeat such immoral and demonic acts. The Akhadas of India have a glorious heritage of taking up Rudraksha mala and weapons to protect Dharma. It was decided to start the work of Juna Akhada in Kerala after realizing the fact that such immoral acts are increasing in Kerala today. The Kalika Peetham in Kerala aims to enable families to lead a social life based on the fourfold purusharthas of Dharma, Artha, Kama and Moksha. Anandavanam Bharathi Swamikal also said that families should be strong spiritually and financially.
The meeting was presided over by Sai Sanjeevani Trust Chairman Maunayogi Swami Harinarayanan. Guruvayur Temple Tantri Brahmasree Chennas Dinesan Namboothiripad inaugurated the ceremony by lighting the Bhadradeepam. Mammiyur Devaswom Board Chairman G.K. Prakashan delivered the Poornakumbha. After visiting the Mammiyur temple, hundreds of devotees accompanied by Thalapoli and Nadaswaram took the Anandavanam Bharati maharaj in a procession to the Sai Mandir. Coordinator of Paithrukam, Adv. Ravi Changath, Global Nair Service society President I.P. Ramachandran, Mohandas Chelanat, Arun.C. Nambiar, Sabita Ranjith, K.K. Sumeshkumar, Sreesha Mahesh, and others spoke. Auspicious letters signed by Mahamandaleshwar were distributed to about four hundred people who participated in the Prayagraj Mahakumbha Mela.
